Rules for Play

1.  Parent and/or guardian (not Funky Frogz staff) is responsible for children and maintaining proper supervision of their actions. Parent/guardian must remain on site at all times. If a guardian exits the premises during the visit, it is their responsibility to ensure that another guardian or responsible party remains to supervise the child(ren) until their return. Unaccompanied minors will not be permitted without proper supervision.

2.  For the safety of everyone in the building NO RUNNING(children or adults).

3.  NO SHOES ALLOWED. All children must wear socks. ALL adults must wear socks or shoe covers. Socks are available for purchase (when available).

4.  All food and beverages should stay in the café area. No consumption of food in play area. Adults may carry drinks outside café.

5.  NO PEANUT PRODUCTS. We allow outside food and drink, but we are a peanut free facility. Please not bring items that contains peanuts.

6.  Children should not climb up slides, on tops of tables, on sides or tops of play structures or on top of monkey bars. Also, no standing on chairs, tables, or bar top.

7.  All play equipment should be used for it's intended purposes.

8.  Children should play in areas appropriate to their age.

9.  Only children 10 years of age or younger are allowed on the wooden play structure.

10.  Funky Frogz has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

11.  Funky Frogz is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.

12.  The one-time entrance fee grants you access to our facilities for the entire visit. Once paid, re-entry is not permitted without repurchasing the entrance fee. Re-entry after leaving the premises requires the payment of a new one-time entrance fee. The original fee does not cover multiple entries.
