Monthly Membership Options

One Child - $50

Two Children - $90

Three Children - $130

Four Children - $175

Monthly Membership Benefits

• Unlimited Visits: Enjoy playtime every day during our operating hours.
  • Restricted to 1 entry per day during normal business hours. No re-entry allowed.
• Free Treat: 1 free treat per month with each membership.
  • Free treats and drinks are redeemable at café. Max value $5.
• $10 Sibling entry.
  • $10 sibling entry fee is only valid when membership child is present.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Billing: Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.

Non-Refundable Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable and remain valid through the end of the last paid billing cycle.  

Membership Minimum: Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months before cancellation is allowed.  

Early Cancellation Policy: If a membership is canceled before completing the 3-month minimum period:  

·  Reapplication for membership will not be allowed for 12 months after the current membership ends.  

·  Future membership applications will be subject to review and approval, based on standing within our membership community.  

Family Unit Requirement: All children included in a membership package must belong to the same family unit.  

Non-Transferable Benefits: Membership benefits and perks are non-transferable and cannot be swapped, exchanged, or gifted to others.  

Valid Membership Required: Membership benefits are only available during the period of an active membership.  

Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least 72 hours (3 days) before the billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to funkyfrogzsanford@gmail.com.  

Pick up a sign up packet either in-person or download the packet below. Once completed and turned in your membership will be active within a week and we will send a confirmation by email.
